We offer a 'meet and greet' consultation for all new pets. This is to say hello and to get all the details onto our system e.g. weight, last vaccination and worming and flea treatment. We should already have been in touch with your previous vets (if you have moved vets) and had the clinical history transferred to us. It is very important for us to meet your new pet when they are fit and well as this will make it easier to assess him/her when they are unwell. We also think this helps the pet to get used to us and not always have things done to him/her. We are aware that it is our famous liver treats that win them over rather than our charming personalities.
