Corona virus update 19.3.20

We are advising people to phone us from their car when they arrive in the car park. The vet will come out when ready, they will either bring the pet in on his/her own or have one family member accompanying. This is to reduce the risk to the humans, both owners and team members.

We are also encouraging people to prepay for food, medication and services prior to coming in, thereby minimising contact and time in practice, we will bring the products to you.

We are also increasing our home delivery service. Isak our 19 year old son has started delivering pet food and medication to people who are self isolating, people over 70 and others that are having difficulty coming in. He will not enter people’s home, this hopefully will reduce risk to you and us!
