Federica joined the team in February 2020. She is originally from Italy and qualified as a vet in 2011, but has worked in the UK since 2012. After working for a couple of years in Devon, she moved to Bristol gaining experience working in first-opinion and referral practices.
She enjoys all aspects of veterinary work but she has a particular interest in surgery and emergency/critical care. She has gained the Advanced Practitioner (CertAVP) status and is undertaking further training to specialise in specific aspects of surgery. She particularly enjoys soft-tissue and keyhole surgery.
In her free time she enjoys going on camping adventures with her husband and her little dachshund Eolo, playing volleyball and painting.
